This policy explains how The Trow Agency handles information you share through contact.thetrowagency.com, including the chat on that page and any text messages that follow. The Trow Agency is operated by Mercedez Kuse, independent insurance broker, NPN #22271571.
Information I collect
- What you send me. Your name, phone number and message from the chat, and anything else you choose to tell me.
- Text message records. If you agree to receive texts, the messages we exchange and a record of when you opted in or out.
- Technical information. The companies that host this page and run the chat process standard technical details, such as IP address, browser and device type, so the page and chat can work. The chat may store a small amount of data in your browser to keep a conversation connected, and may note the page you were on when you sent your message. I do not add advertising or analytics tools to this page.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details or medical history through the chat or by text. If something like that is needed later, I will tell you the secure way to share it.
How I use it
- To reply to your message and answer your questions.
- To send the text messages you agreed to receive.
- To prepare for, and follow up on, a conversation about coverage.
- To keep the business records expected of a licensed insurance producer.
Text messaging and mobile information
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your phone number, your text messaging opt-in and your consent are never sold, rented or shared with anyone for their own use. They are handled only by the service providers that deliver messages and store records for me, and only for that purpose.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. The full text messaging terms are in the Terms and Conditions.
When information is shared
I do not sell or rent personal information. Apart from the text messaging rules above, information is shared only in these cases:
- Service providers that run the tools I use: Cloudflare, which hosts this page, and HighLevel (LeadConnector), which provides the chat, text messaging and customer records. They process information on my behalf only.
- Insurance carriers, if you decide to apply for coverage, and only the carrier or carriers involved in that application.
- When the law requires it, such as a lawful request from a regulator or a court.
How long it is kept
Messages and contact details are kept as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain business records. If you become a client, information is kept for the life of the policy relationship and afterward for as long as record keeping rules require.
Security
I use established platforms with their own security controls and take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website, chat or text message is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it where I am not required to keep it. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. To make a request, contact me using the details below. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights.
Children
This page is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent me information, contact me and I will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
